1-2:30 pm  motorcycles can register and begin the run at their leisure.

2pm  kitchen opens for Chili contestants

1:30-5 pm Film screenings in club room and motorcycle ride underway

5-6 pm Chili contest underway.  Food and fellowship with visiting missionary representatives. Bikers return from ride.

6 pm Save The Baby Run prize drawing begins and Kicksoff Live Music with Jayne Moodie.

6pm - 8pm Door prizes during breaks                     

7pm Glen Shelton begins and  Chili Contest ends. 

8 pm Chili contest winner awarded. Glen Shelton last song of the day.

Registration table will open by the club front door at 1pm and closes before 3pm . Riders are encouraged to start early for a more relaxed ride. Last kickstand should be up by 2:30pm. At the speed limit this is a 2 hour ride. Plan on each checkpoint adding about 5-10 minutes to your ride. As riders return between 5-6 pm food will be available. At 6pm the drawing for the save the baby run winners will begin. From 6-8 pm live music.

Announcements will begin in the theater room at 1:30 pm. No tickets required. Seating is first come first serve. Popcorn and concessions available. Movie screenings begin at 1:45 pm Calber Island with intermission around 3:15-3:30pm Then a brief  5 minute Q&A session with producers. Around 3:35 pm the second feature My House and short film Playing Chicken screenings take us to 5pm and another  brief 5 minute Q&A session with producers afterwards.

The kitchen opens at 2pm for contestant's who want to use a shared kitchen at the club to cook and create the perfect chili. Then closes for them at 5pm. From 5pm until 7 pm contestants should have their chili in a crockpot on the contestant table, ready for judges to sample. Chili judges should expect to consume samples between 5-7 pm. After 7pm voting will be cutoff and tallied. Prize winners to be recognized by 8pm. 

Throughout the event From 5pm til 6pm WAMV radio will provide background easy listening music between announcements and awards. Live Music  from 6-7 pm various local artist will entertain and then at 7 pm Glen Shelton will finish out the evening.
